Hawk Plant Orders More JCB 3CX for Sale, plus Telehandlers and Quick-Hitches

Hire company Hawk Plant has purchased three new jcb 3cx for sale and ten Loadall jcb telehandlers from JCB dealer Gunn JCB. The plant firm also bought 12 Dualock quick-hitches from JCB for its recently purchased JS220 tracked excavators.

The new purchases add to the growing list of big orders from plat firms since the beginning of the year, signalling the long overdue recovery of the construction industry. The Dualock quick-hitches from JCB represent a leap forward in design and safety for coupling attachments to excavators and other construction equipment.

The Dualock is a double locking quick-hitch developed by JCB Attachments with independent locking of the front and rear pins. Designed for use with JCB tracked excavators from the JS130 through to the JS460, the hitch is compatible with both genuine JCB buckets and JCB scoop buckets on jcb 3cx for sale, along with the full range of JCB powered attachments. It uses the blocking bar system from the BUG coupler to secure the rear pin lock.

In addition, a new mechanical front lock secures the front pin independently of the rear. The face of the front locking mechanism is painted red and can easily be seen from the cab, ensuring the operator can be confident that the bucket is securely fastened before operating the machine. A series of on screen checks via the JCB JS Auto excavator Advanced Management System further ensures it is secured.

Hawk Plant director Paul Allman said: “Driven by a commitment to provide our customers with the safest equipment available, we are replacing our quick-hitches across the fleet. Customers must be totally confident in the equipment that they are operating. We are now providing them with levels of safety well in excess of those required by current standards.

“They are starting to demand dual-locking hitches whenever they hire excavators and we have every faith these new units will deliver. To date they have worked effectively with no issues whatsoever.”

Founded in 1972, Hawk Plant specialises in large bulk earthworks equipment and has a fleet of more than 1500 items.

Another £14 Million Deal for JCB 3CXs

Adding to a string of high profile transactions, JCB have announced a £14 million deal for supplying equipment including jcb 3cxs to Kent plant firm H.E. Services. This is the third deal announced by JCB this year, following a similar sized transaction with Hewden's plant hire and Travis Perkins.

The deal is to supply a fleet of 350 machines for the Strood plant hire firm. It was announced during Chancellor George Osborne's visit to the JCB Transmission factory in Wrexham, where the transmission components for the jcb 3cx in the new deal will be built.

The machines will be supplied to H.E. Services through JCB dealer Greenshields JCB.

Alan Blake, Chief Executive for JCB said the deal is a welcome addition to the flurry of big money deals announced since the year began. "This order follows a number of major deals JCB has secured so far this year and we are delighted that a company of H. E. SERVICES' reputation has chosen JCB products when updating its fleet," said Blake.

"H.E. SERVICES are long-standing JCB customers so it's testament to both the quality of JCB's machines and our service back-up that we have retained this important business.

"This year has certainly got off to a flying start for JCB; our order books are in their healthiest position for four years and at this stage the outlook for the rest of 2011 is extremely promising."

H.E. Services current fleet stands at around 2000 pieces of plant equipment, including jcb 3cx for sale, which are distributed nationwide through a network of twelve dealerships. The company was founded in Strood, Kent in 1972.

Hugh Edeleanu, the company's Group Chairman said in a statement: "Our company's mission is to provide the best quality service and most extensive range of machines and attachments for our customers and this big investment in new JCB machines is critical to delivering that promise.

"We pride ourselves on having Britain's most up-to-date fleet of machines and we are committed to replacing that fleet every two or three years to ensure our customers get the most efficient, powerful and high-performing products on the market."

New American JCB 3CX Dealerships

Black Equipment Company is the latest company to join JCB's North American dealer network for providing new and used jcb 3cxs. Black JCB will provide new and used equipment sales and rentals to the construction and material handling industries, as well as offering a 24 hour parts and maintenance service. The new dealer is based in Evansville, Indiana, but will have dealerships in Hopkinsville and Paducah, Kentucky to supply jcb 3cx for sale.

Scott Bonnell, president of Black JCB, says that the new dealer has picked the industry-leader as a partner to grow its business.

"By becoming a JCB dealer, we're expanding our product offering to both new and existing customers," said Bonnell, adding: "We're impressed with JCB's quality machines and their leadership within the global construction equipment market. As the leaders in our local market, it just makes sense for us to join forces with JCB."

Black JCB has 140 employees, and is the only locally owned company providing material handling equipment sales and service for jcb 3cx in Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois and Tennesee where it operates six facilities. The company was founded in 1956 by the late M.J. Black, and Black JCB remains a family-owned company to this day.

"Our company's focus has always been on service," Bonnell said. "We have technical service employees on staff who have been with our company for over 30 years. As a result, our customers can rest assured that our technicians and salespeople will do whatever it takes to get them the best equipment for their needs and keep that equipment up and running for top performance and productivity.

"Like other businesses throughout the country, companies in our area conserved money with fewer capital expenditures over the past few years. However, we're starting to see improvement, and we're now forecasting slow, steady growth. "

"JCB is very pleased to bring a quality dealer like Black Equipment, or now Black JCB on board," said John Patterson, chairman and CEO for JCB North America. "Over the years, its staff has built an outstanding reputation for providing quality sales and service, and I have no doubt that they will be excellent ambassadors for the JCB brand."
